  • I just watched a video about the Israeli attacks on Gaza and how more than 400 Palestinians have been killed and only 4 Israelis have been killed in these attacks.

  • I went for a hike yesterday. It was so peaceful. It was wonderful to leave the stresses of life behind me and just enjoy the moment. What good does any worrying do for us, especially when it is completely out of our control? All we are doing is feeding our stress.
